Factors that influence pay-including positions held, employee group, education credits, special assignments, performance evaluations and salary history-can easily be kept up to date, making annual roll-ups simple to do.
  • With its negotiation module, WESPaC Human Resources lets you build multiple contract scenarios and see the effect of changes in salary or benefits on the overall personnel budget. Employee group salary and benefit changes can be updated for all members at once. And because human resources data is integrated with WESPaC Finance, once a personnel budget is established it becomes part of the overall budget.
  • With insurance tracking, WESPaC Human Resources allows administers to compare actual bills with the premiums recorded in payroll and to send notice to providers of changes in employee information or coverage.
