- With its negotiation module, WESPaC Human Resources lets you build multiple contract scenarios and see the effect of changes in salary or benefits on the overall personnel budget. Employee group salary and benefit changes can be updated for all members at once. And because human resources data is integrated with WESPaC Finance, once a personnel budget is established it becomes part of the overall budget.
